DMCA Policy

Matcha Alert Club respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on the Service, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it (e.g., URL)
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or applicable court in your jurisdiction)

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Our Use of Third-Party Content

Matcha Alert Club displays product images, names, and pricing information sourced from third-party tea retailers. We believe this use qualifies as fair use for informational purposes. However, if you are a brand owner or retailer and believe we are improperly using your content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Trademark Claims

All brand names, product names, and trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Matcha Alert Club is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the tea brands listed. If you believe your trademark is being misused, please contact us at legal@matchaalertclub.com.
