Does Horii Shichimeien ship matcha internationally?
Yes, through the official shop and DHL. The International Orders page says shipping fees are calculated automatically from the weight and box size, that orders usually ship within 5 business days, and that high demand can stretch that to a month. It names the United States and gives no complete country list, so confirm that your country is accepted at checkout. DHL is the only carrier. Plan for the wait: the September notice itself warned that delivery could take about a month and that you cannot choose a delivery date.
Product prices exclude import duties, taxes and customs fees. The shop says DHL usually collects them from you on delivery, so the real cost of a tin is higher than the yen price on the page.

The blended Mukashi line started at Uji Mukashi (¥2,484) and Agata no Shiro (¥3,240) and rose through Todou Mukashi (¥4,860), Shichimei no Mukashi (¥6,480) and Homare no Mukashi (¥8,100) to Choukou no Mukashi (¥10,800).
