Marukyu Koyamaen's International Online Shop notice (updated 13 May 2026) says matcha is "restocked randomly only during business hours", Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 Japan time. It adds that not every grade or size returns each time, and that staff do not answer availability questions. Because of that, we do not publish a per-grade "how often it restocks" guess. Why Does Marukyu Koyamaen Keep Selling Out?

• Marukyu Koyamaen International Online Shop — the official way to buy from outside Japan. An account is required, there is no guest checkout, and orders are charged in yen. Japanese addresses use the separate Motoan shop.
